I’ve been focusing on coaching basketball for elementary aged students/players for the last few years and recently started using the rip cones and grip mat and my goodness has it flipped the script for me and my players. I use it for myself just to improve my game but for my 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders - straight up game changer. I’m a better coach and they’ve grown as players because of it. I wish I could show Micah the footage of my kiddos using the gripmat and rip cones at our elementary court. Before we started using the gripmat and rip cones, they each had trouble with spacing, keeping the ball in pocket, when to place your feet where, etc. I’m truly thankful for all of what Micah has invested into this game because it has helped me as a coach and my players/students tremendously. I’m saving up to get more mats and more cones asap! Micah you will always be such a great example of a coach and trainer.
