Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

I'm Possible Training provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription.  

You may cancel your subscription at any time through email. To request a refund, please email our support team at dream@possibletraining.com with the subject line "Refund Request: [Your Subscription ID]". Include your full name, subscription ID, and the date of purchase.

If you cancel your Skill Membership, All-Access Membership, or Skill Plus membership within the first 30 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are only available within the first 30 days of your subscription. After 30 days, no partial or full refunds will be issued.

I'm Possible Training reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to current subscribers via email and updated on our website.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If the parcel was returned to us after several attempts of delivery to you, our mailing supplier takes payment of $19.95 minimum to $29.95 maximum for back shipping. We can make a refund when we receive the parcel. So, when we receive it and pay for back shipping we will make a refund minus the cost of back shipping.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at dream@possibletraining.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dream@possibletraining.com and we will provide details.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to address, which we will write to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.   You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at dream@possibletraining.com
