With I’m Possible Training, basketball footwork is possibly what we are best known for around the world. I’m Possible founder, Micah Lancaster, developed the I’m Possible Footwork Training System after spending a year working with underfloor cameras while assessing the footwork patterns of the world’s greatest players.
This system was then tested and proven with NBA All-Stars such as Victor Oladipo, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Brandon Ingram. Footwork Checklist #2 is the sum of all that work, giving players footwork specific training assignments to master their feet in the areas of ball handling, driving, pivoting, finishing and shot making.
With each and every footwork assignment, Micah Lancaster teaches and demonstrates the footwork using the Skill GripMat for added accountability. Just like with any powerful training accountabilty aid, the results simply come faster when the Footwork Checklist is combined with the SkillMat.

The checklist system is not built on reps. Time is much more important. View each assignment, aim for 20 minutes of work, and check it off your list.

When you come across an assignment that fits your game perfectly, give it a "star" to mark it as a favorite. Then, just come back to your “Favorites” whenever you want to enhance your superpower skills.
