Is it really free?

What ages is it for?
Skill IDs are built for players who want to improve one skill at a time, from youth players to adults. Younger players should have a parent or coach nearby for sessions.
Do I need a hoop?
For the shooting and finishing programs, a hoop is best. The ball handling and passing programs only need a ball and some space.
How long are the sessions?
10 to 20 minutes. Each Skill ID is a checklist of 10 to 14 short assignments, and you work through them one at a time.
What is the difference between the free program and the Skill Membership?
