Scholarship Agreement

By checking the agreement box at checkout, Player and Parent/Guardian acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. The checkbox constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.

1. Program and Dates

Dream Loudly is enrolling Player in the Dream Loudly International program (the “Program”) at the Dream Loudly Skill Lab, 760 32nd Street SE, Wyoming, Michigan 49548, from June 21, 2026 through July 21, 2026 (the “Program Period”).

2. Scholarship

The stated value of the Program is $12,500.00 USD. Dream Loudly is awarding Player a partial scholarship of $10,000.00 USD applied to the Program fee. Player is responsible for the remaining $2,500.00 USD program payment, due prior to the start of the Program Period. The scholarship is non-transferable, has no cash value, and applies only to this Player and this Program Period.

Player shall complete enrollment registration through the Dream Loudly website, remit the $2,500.00 USD program payment, execute this Agreement, and accept the Dream Loudly Terms and Conditions prior to the start of the Program Period.

3. What Dream Loudly Provides

  • Training: Minimum 40 hours of skill training (TDSE methodology, delivered via I’m Possible Training, LLC)
  • Practice: Daily team practice throughout the Program Period
  • Competition: Roster spot, entry fees, and team costs for the tournaments listed in Section 5
  • Housing: Lodging in the Grand Rapids area for the duration of the Program Period
  • Local Transportation: Ground transport between housing and all Program activities
  • Tournament Travel: Team travel and lodging for out-of-town tournaments, including Chicago

4. What Player and Parent/Guardian Cover

  • International Travel: All travel to and from Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR), including airfare and ground transportation outside the U.S.
  • Travel Documentation: Passport, visa, and all documents required to lawfully enter, remain in, and depart the U.S.
  • Meals and Food: All food and meal costs during the Program Period
  • Medical Expenses: Dream Loudly does not provide medical coverage and is not responsible for any medical, dental, or hospital expenses.
  • Personal Expenses: Spending money, personal items, communications, and any other expense not expressly covered in Section 3

5. Tournament Schedule

Tournament dates, locations, and participation are subject to reasonable change based on event organizer schedules and roster requirements. Dream Loudly will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes.

6. Early Termination and Return Travel

Dream Loudly may suspend or terminate Player’s participation early for material breach of this Agreement, violation of the Dream Loudly Code of Conduct (as set forth in the Terms and Conditions), conduct endangering health or safety, conduct materially damaging Dream Loudly’s reputation, loss of valid immigration status, or injury preventing safe participation. In any such case, Parent/Guardian is responsible for arranging and paying for Player’s return travel to Lebanon. Dream Loudly will provide reasonable logistical assistance (including transport to GRR) but has no financial obligation for return travel.

Voluntary withdrawal by Player or Parent/Guardian is permitted at any time by written notice. The scholarship is forfeited as of the withdrawal date, and return travel remains Parent/Guardian’s responsibility. No refund or pro-rated value is owed in any termination scenario.

7. Incorporation of Dream Loudly Terms and Conditions

Player and Parent/Guardian acknowledge that the Dream Loudly Terms and Conditions, accepted by Player as part of website enrollment, are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and govern matters including media and likeness rights, code of conduct, assumption of risk, liability release, indemnification, emergency medical authorization, and governing law. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions, this Agreement controls with respect to the matters expressly addressed in Sections 1 through 6 above.

8. General

  • Governing Law: Michigan law. Exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Kent County, Michigan.
  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the incorporated Terms and Conditions, is the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Program and supersedes any prior communications.
  • Amendment: Only by written instrument signed by Dream Loudly and Parent/Guardian.
  • Electronic Signatures: Counterparts and electronic signatures are valid and enforceable.
