Terms & Conditions + Liability Waiver Agreement

By checking the agreement box at checkout, Participant and Parent/Guardian (if under 18) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. The checkbox constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.

1. Program Participation

Dream Loudly International is operated by Dream Loudly, Skill Lab LLC, and I’m Possible Training (collectively, “Company”).

The Program includes, but is not limited to:

  • Basketball training and skill development
  • Team practices and strength training
  • Tournament participation
  • Travel to and from tournaments
  • Group housing at the Dream Loudly Guest House
  • Transportation arranged by staff or approved providers

2. Assumption of Risk

Participant acknowledges that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Serious injury or illness
  • Concussion
  • Permanent disability
  • Death
  • Property damage or loss
  • Travel-related accidents
  • Injuries caused by other participants

Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.

3. Release & Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant and Parent/Guardian release and discharge Dream Loudly, Skill Lab LLC, I’m Possible Training, Micah Lancaster, coaches, trainers, employees, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, housing providers, transportation providers, tournament operators, and partner facilities from any and all claims arising from participation, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.

This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.

4. Housing & Travel Acknowledgment

Participant understands that housing is shared and supervised but cannot eliminate all risks. Transportation may include vans, buses, or other vehicles. Participant agrees to comply with all housing and supervision rules.

Violation of rules may result in dismissal without refund.

5. Medical Authorization

Participant certifies they are physically fit to participate. In the event of injury or emergency, Participant authorizes Dream Loudly staff to obtain medical treatment and make reasonable medical decisions when a guardian cannot be reached.

All medical expenses are the responsibility of the Participant/Guardian.

6. No Refund Policy

All payments made toward Dream Loudly International are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for credit.

This applies regardless of:

  • Voluntary withdrawal
  • Injury
  • Dismissal
  • Schedule or tournament changes
  • Travel disruptions
  • Force majeure events (weather, cancellations, facility issues)

Enrollment secures a limited roster and housing position.

7. Tournament & Schedule Changes

Tournament dates, locations, venues, and travel arrangements are subject to change at the sole discretion of Dream Loudly International. Changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

8. Code of Conduct & Dismissal

Participant agrees to uphold program standards. Grounds for dismissal without refund include:

  • Substance use
  • Criminal activity
  • Disrespect toward staff or teammates
  • Violation of housing policies
  • Behavior harmful to team culture

9. Media Release

Participant grants permission for Dream Loudly and affiliated entities to use photographs, video recordings, and name/image/likeness for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes without compensation.

10. International Participants

International athletes are responsible for valid passports, visas, and travel documentation. Dream Loudly is not responsible for immigration-related issues.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kent County, Michigan.

12. Electronic Agreement

By checking the agreement box at checkout, Participant and Parent/Guardian acknowledge that they understand this Agreement and that the checkbox constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.
