About I'm Possible
Micah Lancaster’s journey began as a 4'11" freshman who was constantly told not to expect much. But late growth and constant doubt only fueled his determination - driving him to become an All-State player, averaging over 30 points per game in the state tournament his senior year, and later becoming a three-time NAIA All-American.
Cut from AAU teams and often left to train alone, Micah refused to settle. Instead, he built his own path - creating a system of skill development that didn’t exist at the time. That innovation became the foundation of modern Skill Enhancement and the birth of I’m Possible Training, proving that advantage isn’t always given - it’s earned.
